Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 18, 2025
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services provided by Larry Marketing (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to clients (“you” or “your”) within Canada. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Terms
All services offered by Larry Marketing are custom-quoted and tailored to the specific needs of each client. As such, all fees, timelines, and deliverables are outlined in the client’s individual proposal or agreement prior to the commencement of work.
2. Payments and Deposits
For larger projects, a non-refundable deposit is required prior to the start of work. The remaining balance, payment schedule, and any milestone payments will be detailed in the client’s proposal or invoice.
3. Refund Policy
Larry Marketing does not offer refunds for deposits, retainers, or completed services under any circumstances. All sales are final once payment has been received. Exceptions will only be made in cases of billing errors or duplicate payments, in which case the issue will be promptly reviewed and corrected.
4. Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel a project or ongoing service agreement by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice.
Upon cancellation:

The initial deposit remains non-refundable.

The client is responsible for any work completed or expenses incurred up to the effective cancellation date.

No additional cancellation fees will apply.
5. Notice of Cancellation
All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to hello@lethbridgelarry.com. Cancellations are not considered final until confirmed in writing by Larry Marketing.
6. Changes to This Policy
Larry Marketing reserves the right to update or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
