Fulfillment Policy

Effective Date: August 18, 2025

This Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) outlines the manner in which Larry Marketing (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides and completes services for clients (“you” or “your”). By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Project Initiation

All projects begin upon acceptance of a signed proposal, which serves as the binding agreement between Larry Marketing and the client. Any required deposits or initial payments, as specified in the proposal, must be received before work commences.

2. Project Communication

All project-related communication, updates, and deliverables are managed via email. This ensures a clear written record of correspondence and approvals throughout the duration of the engagement.

3. Delivery of Services

Upon completion of work, deliverables are provided through email and/or a Google Shared Drive owned by Larry Marketing. Clients are granted full access to all relevant materials within the shared folder. A project is considered fulfilled and complete once the client has reviewed and formally approved all delivered assets. There are no fixed timelines for approval; we recognize that client availability may vary and will accommodate reasonable delays in the approval process.

4. Timelines and Scheduling

All timelines for project completion are flexible and depend on the scope of work, client responsiveness, and resource availability. Larry Marketing does not guarantee specific delivery dates. If a client delay occurs—such as delayed provision of materials, feedback, or required information—the project will simply be rescheduled and progress resumed once the necessary items are received. In the event of internal delays on our side, we will communicate promptly with the client and rearrange the project schedule in good faith.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, files, and approvals required to complete the project. Failure to provide these in a timely manner may result in extended project duration, as timelines are dependent on client participation and feedback.

6. Completion and Closure

Once all agreed-upon deliverables have been approved by the client, the project will be formally closed and considered fulfilled. After closure, no further work or revisions will be conducted unless otherwise agreed upon under a separate proposal or new engagement.
